About Simon
Simon made his debut on the breakfast show at ARA as newsreader, but he soon set his mark on a Saturday evening with his own show Eclectica. As he puts it : “From the dawn of time (well… the early 20th century) until this very day, fearless men and women have been creating weird electronic noises and unsettling sounds that some might call music”. Concrète, Electro, Ambient, Synthpop, Krautrock, Drone, Techno, Dub, Tape Music, Soundtracks, EBM, Synthwave, Industrial, D’n’B, Hauntology and Electronica…So much to discover, so little time!
Well now he has more time...every morning Simon takes you through the early hours and delivers you safely at school, uni or work….the music is still ecclectic, but definately not as wierd as his Saturday night special…(or as Simon says)…. is it now…
