Researchers at the University of Guadalajara developed E-Redi, a prosthetic arm controlled by a single muscle sensor, making it easier to use and more accessible. Created by Jorge Velazco for his childhood friend Alberto Orozco, who was born with meromelia, the project aims to reduce the difficulty users face when adapting to prosthetics. Future versions may even include voice control.
