About this Episode
With “Traditioun (on)perfekt”, the Binsfeld Rural Museum and (on)perfekt, a cooperative to reduce food waste, combine their powers to teach visitors of all backgrounds about the social and culinary traditions of Luxembourg.
On the 28th of March, visitors got immersed in history and traditions through a Planwagen, covered wagon, trip to Binsfeld, a tour of the museum and a bread-making workshop.
Inara immersed herself in the history and culinary heritage of Luxembourg and spoke to Estelle Flammang of (on)perfekt and Ludivine Watry-Passau of the Binsfeld Museum as well as some other participants about the meaning of this cultural and culinary heritage.
There’s another opportunity to visit the museum and bake bread on the 4th of April, after registration through Biergerpakt. Later, Traditioun (on)perfekt continues with more culinary workshops and a collection of recipes.
