Luxembourg launches central housing register

Luxembourg has opened online registration for affordable housing via MyGuichet, centralising applications through a national system to speed up allocation. Around 8,900 requests are already recorded. The student organisation ACEL supports planned grant reforms, citing better financial aid and mental health recognition. At the same time, Luxembourg talent features at the Cannes Film Festival, while industry representatives warn of worsening conditions, job losses and criticism of funding priorities.
