What’s the buzz, tell me what’s a happening! Well, what’s happening is a groovy love fest, celebrating the musical Jesus Christ Superstar ahead of Easter! Joining in to sing and dance in outta-sight 60s clothes are Mary Carey and Michael Dubrule. We had a blast in the studio playing our favorites from the soundtrack, and hope that our delight is infectious! Between singing and dancing, we talk about the music, story, cast and impact of the rock opera by Andrew-Lloyd Weber and Time Rice, and whether or not our parents let us watch the controversial show when it came out in the early 70s . . . .
