Nine couriers were using accounts registered to other people, three self-employed workers lacked establishment permits, and two workers were ordered to stop working over residence or work-permit issues. Authorities also seized two food deliveries over hygiene or cold-chain breaches and confiscated several phones and five non-compliant e-bikes.

Walferdange will allocate around 11 acres of municipal land for a cooperative housing project expected to accommodate about 20 people in six to 12 units. Residents will form a non-profit cooperative that will collectively own the homes, keeping them out of private speculation. Subsidised units will follow Housing Ministry rent rules, while rents for private units will reflect construction and operating costs.
