The 43rd edition of the Fetes des Migrations happened over the Mar 21-22 weekend and as is customary, Radio ARA was there to broadcast live over the two-day event with our vast selection of multilingual programs. A round table discussion on diversity and representation on Luxembourg Radio was held on Saturday evening, attendees of the festival joined us at the booth for a live DJ set and drinks.
On Sunday at 13h, Afrikulture Mix came LIVE as we celebrated the coming together of different cultures. Uyi Nosa-Odia stepped into the booth to tell us about his new cinematic Art venture with the non-profit Letz Art. The “Ugegraff Mini Film Series” is a tale of attacks, pain and trauma through Art pieces that was helped developed by a collaboration of artists, film producers, singers The chat continued on with the review of the CAF overturn on the AFCON 2026 win and the matter of culture appropriation, as we took music from all around the continent.
