Cosmic Trigger – July Edition
In the July edition of Cosmic Trigger, we proudly present a three-hour radio broadcast, thoughtfully divided into three thematic segments – each hour dedicated to a distinct focus:
🕐 Hour 1: T The Boss
We begin with an in-depth interview featuring T The Boss, who introduces his new EP Deemools. Three of the six tracks from the release were aired during the programme. A particular point of discussion is the use of Luxembourgish in hip-hop – a language that, as T The Boss demonstrates, can be employed with authenticity and lyrical strength without evoking nationalistic undertones. The artist offers insight into his style, his artistic influences, and his role within the contemporary music scene.
🕑 Hour 2: Das Radial
The second hour is dedicated to the project Das Radial – an immersive exploration of experimental sonic landscapes ranging from post-rock to electronic music and sound art. Luxembourgish actor and musician Max Thommes speaks candidly about his creative endeavours, both theatrical and musical, and revisits the legacy of Inborn, the band that sparked considerable attention in Luxembourg over two decades ago.
🕒 Hour 3: In Memoriam De Pascal vu Wooltz
The final hour is devoted to the memory of the recently deceased De Pascal vu Wooltz. Through selected works and personal reflections, we pay tribute to his artistic legacy, his distinctive personality, and his invaluable contribution to the Luxembourgish music scene.
