قیمت زمین‌های مخصوص ساخت‌وساز مسکونی بین سال‌های ۲۰۲۲ تا ۲۰۲۴ نزدیک به ۱۵ درصد کاهش یافت؛ این در حالی است که قیمت‌ها بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۲ حدود ۱۵۰ درصد افزایش یافته بود. قیمت‌ها در سال گذشته تقریباً ثابت ماند و فروش پس از کاهش تعداد معاملات از بیش از ۷۰۰ مورد در سال ۲۰۲۲ به حدود ۳۰۰ مورد در سال ۲۰۲۳، شروع به بهبود کرد. با وجود این کاهش، قیمت زمین همچنان بالا است.
اصلاحات برنامه‌ریزی‌شده مالیات بر درآمد در لوکزامبورگ پس از تصویب گزارش مربوط به این لایحه در کمیته مالی، یک گام دیگر به رأی‌گیری در پارلمان نزدیک شد. این اصلاحات از سال ۲۰۲۸ سه طبقه مالیاتی فعلی را با یک سیستم واحد جایگزین می‌کند، در حالی که زوج‌هایی که در حال حاضر به‌طور مشترک مالیات می‌پردازند، می‌توانند طبقه مالیاتی دوم را به مدت ۲۵ سال حفظ کنند. انتظار می‌رود این اصلاحات سالانه نزدیک به یک میلیارد یورو برای دولت هزینه داشته باشد و رأی‌گیری پارلمان در اواخر اکتبر انجام شود.
Luxembourg Research Clinic یک پلتفرم ملی برای بهبود دسترسی بیماران به کارآزمایی‌های بالینی و درمان‌های جدید راه‌اندازی کرده است. این طرح University of Luxembourg، Luxembourg Institute of Health و چهار گروه اصلی بیمارستانی کشور را گرد هم می‌آورد و یک پایگاه داده مرکزی از کارآزمایی‌های بالینی موجود ایجاد خواهد کرد. تحقیقات حوزه‌هایی از جمله سرطان، بیماری‌های عصبی و قلبی‌عروقی، سلامت روان و بیماری‌های نادر را پوشش خواهد داد.
هفته‌های سلامت روان در لوکزامبورگ امسال برای نخستین بار به مدت دو هفته برگزار می‌شود. برنامه‌هایی در سراسر کشور برای افزایش آگاهی و تشویق به شناسایی زودهنگام مشکلات احتمالی سلامت روان برگزار خواهد شد. همچنین در ۱۰ اکتبر، به مناسبت روز جهانی سلامت روان، یک جشنواره رایگان در Strassen برگزار می‌شود.
