Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Radio ARA stand at the Festival des Migrations on 21 and 22 March. It was great to see so many visitors joining our live shows, conversations and activities over the weekend at Luxexpo.

Throughout the two days, Radio ARA broadcast live, welcoming guests for short interviews and spontaneous discussions about culture, community life and social issues in Luxembourg. Many festival visitors also took the opportunity to step up to the microphone and share their perspectives.

One highlight of the weekend was the public roundtable “Voices of Many: Media, Community and Participation” on Saturday evening. The discussion explored how immigrants are represented in Luxembourg’s media and how communities create their own media spaces. The panel brought together One People director Madeleine Yougye, University of Luxembourg media researcher Raphaël Kies, and Radio ARA hosts Jehona Konja (Shqip n’Lux) and Fabio Bottani (Passaparola).

The evening continued at the Radio ARA stand with a DJ set by host Evangelos, where many visitors stayed for drinks and conversations with the team.
